Course Description

Learning AED skills is becoming more important with the increase in the numbers of units in the community and workplace. They are easy to use with a little training and can make a real difference in the chance of survival to someone in cardiac arrest. If you have already completed any other first aid course, you will understand the importance of the prompt use of an AED making this the perfect course to enhance and progress your skills.

£50 per delegate: minimum 2 delegates on a course – maximum of 10. We can offer discounts on bulk bookings please contact us for details. Prices are based around onsite training. External facilities can be arranged at extra cost, payable in advance. We can provide this for 1 student providing they are based within Ipswich.

Certification

There is a formal CPR assessment at the start of the day in order to ensure that all students can resuscitate effectively. In addition, there is a further assessment at the end of the course the practical use of the AED. This is a national certificate and is valid for 1 year.
