Our children had the loveliest time when Teresa and Stuart visited us on Wednesday....not only did they have loads of questions to ask...they also all learned how to do the recovery position and more importantly know how it can save someone's life! Many 5 and 6 year olds went home and put their parents in the recovery position that night..I know this because they told me and were so impressed that the children had learned it.
Please come back again and teach us some more! I know the older children also learned more first aid and also had a fabulous session with you. Would heartily recommend it to all. Thank you for your patience with some very excited children. I have photos if you would like some.

My children benefitted so much from your courses at their primary school. When a 9 year old is explaining the recovery position and putting the rest of the family in it, you know they've learnt a worthwhile life skill. Fantastic. General first aid should be on the curriculum!

Thank you very much for coming into school yesterday. I can honestly say the children loved every minute of it and most parents were put into the recovery position yesterday evening! I have a child in year 1 and 3 and they both loved the sessions.
We do have a PTA Facebook page which was has received the following comments:

The course organisation was excellent, Phoenix were efficient and helpful from the very first point of contact. The course itself was presented in an interesting manner with the benefit of lots of true life experience and tips. It was very helpful to watch a video of Agonal breathing and also CPR taking place in the real world.
The presenters were knowledgable and approachable. Leaving us with a sense of confidence in our own abilities. I think the 2 hour basic life support course would be worthwhile for everybody, I will be recommending it to friends and family as well as to work colleagues.

Very pleased with an excellent training provided by Phoenix EMS. The course tutors were fantastic, with great knowledge and approach to our four employees. We used previously other company the training however our staff were very impressed with amount of extra information given on top of what would be normally covered on their First Aid course. Guys have encouraged team work, instead of just sitting reading for eight hours a day.
I highly recommend their service to anyone!
We also had practicals, practising bandaging, head dresses, CPR, recovery positions and much much more. The subjects covered for the four staff during the day were very involved, from a minor scratch or burn, right up to dealing with a amputated limb.
