These payment options only apply to school Clients.
Ad-hoc courses must be paid for immediately on receipt of the invoice unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in writing prior to the course.
There are several ways you can pay for the plans:
In advance and in full at least 21 days prior to the commencement of the chosen plan. If you choose this option we will give a further 10% discount on the total plan cost as a thank you! This includes a non-refundable deposit of 1 course cost (cheapest 12 candidates). Please note that the booking is not confirmed until full payment has been received.
By invoice immediately after each course Or:
Spread the cost over a 4 month period from the commencement of the chosen plan. For example if you choose a 1 year plan and want to spread the cost you may pay 4 installments until the last day of the 4th month that the plan started. 2 year plan would require the 1st years cost in 4 installments up until the last day of the 4th month that the plan started, 2nd year's cost of the plan becomes due in 4 installment in the commencement of the 2nd year of the start of the plan and so on for the 3 year plans. A Non-Refundable deposit of 1 course cost (cheapest 12 Candidates) is required at least 14 days prior to the commencement of the chosen plan.
The cancellation policy does not apply to the schools plans. Plans which are paid for in full and in advance have 14 days prior to the plan commencement to change your mind and receive a full refund. Please note that a deduction of the non-refundable deposit of 1 course cost (cheapest 12 candidates) will be taken. Should you need to cancel a plan please contact us immediately.
Terms & Conditions
All prices are based on 12 candidates on a course. Absentees will remain chargeable.
A declaration must be signed to secure the plan and its prices. By doing this you are also confirming that you have read and agree to our full terms & conditions and the payment terms within these plans.
A non-refundable deposit of 1 course cost (cheapest 12 Candidates) will be required at least 14 days prior to commencement of the chosen course.
All course costs are non-refundable and any refunds are at the complete and sole discretion of Phoenix Emergency Medical Solutions. Irrespective of the plan and payment option that is chosen, the full cost of the plan in its entirety becomes due upon signing the declaration.
